What this site collects

This website does not use a contact form, does not set advertising cookies and does not run tracking scripts in your browser. The pages are static files.

When you call the number on this site, the call runs through a call-tracking service. That service records the number you called from, the time and length of the call, and, where a recording notice plays, a recording of the call. A notice plays at the start of any recorded call, and you can hang up if you do not agree.

Sensitive situations

People call about a relative's home, an estate or a tenant. What you say about another person's health or circumstances is passed only to the provider handling the job, and only as far as the job needs it.

How it is used

This website shares your information with local, licensed and insured providers who will contact you about your request. Your details are used to connect you with a provider for the job you called about, to confirm that the call reached that provider, and to measure how well this website works. They are not sold as a list and are not used to send you marketing unrelated to your request.

Who else sees it

The provider you are connected with receives your phone number and whatever you tell them about the job. The call-tracking service and the website host process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Call records are kept for as long as they are useful for attributing and checking leads, and then deleted. You can ask for your call records to be deleted at any time by calling the number below.

Children

This site is for property owners, families and landlords and is not directed at children under 13.
