Terms of use
St. Louis Hoarding Cleanup is a lead-generation website serving property owners and families in and around St. Louis, Missouri. This page was last reviewed October 2026.
What this site is
This website connects property owners, families and landlords with independent local contractors who clear, sort, haul and clean cluttered and hoarded homes. The site itself does not perform the work. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor who quotes it.
Information on this site
Descriptions of cleanouts, inspections, disposal rules and costs are general information for the St. Louis area. They are not legal, medical or mental health advice, and they are not a quote. Price ranges are typical ranges for the kind of work described; your price depends on your property and is confirmed in writing before any work starts.
Permission to enter and remove
Work can only be done with the consent of the person entitled to the property and its contents. If you are not the owner, a contractor may ask for proof that you have authority, such as a power of attorney, letters of administration or a landlord's notice under Missouri law.
No guarantee of availability
We cannot promise that a contractor will be available for every request, on any particular date, or at any particular price.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to government sites and to other businesses. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, this website and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from use of the information on it or from work performed by an independent contractor.
